Meet the Executive Director, Jim Reece

Jim’s main goal as the Executive Director is to grow the agency in both breadth and depth while ensuring consistent excellence in customer outcomes. He has a 40-year community centered business career in hospitality, service, and education including ten years in the non-profit sector. Jim holds a graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, successfully parented two adult sons and has been married to Toni for 35 years.
