Join us for the first annual Furever Friends Walk in the Park
on Sunday, May 18, 2025.
Walker check-in begins at 10:00 am at the Kutztown Park, Lower Brick Pavilion.
Walks begin at 11:00 am, rain or shine.
Spend the morning strolling with your furry friends while exploring the Kutztown Park and community. Meet with vendors, shelters, and rescues, and chat with friends while walking and wagging your way through Kutztown. The Furever Friends Walk in the Park is a fun, fit activity for anyone who has ever loved an animal, or wished they could help needy animals in our community. Every participant will be raising funds to help end pet hunger in our local area by supporting the Friend, Inc. Community Services Pet Pantry.
Registration Details
Early Registration: $30 per walker, through March 31
Pre-Registration: $35 per walker, April 1 through May 17
Day-of Event Registration: $45 per walker
Early and pre-registration includes a human t-shirt, a goodie bag, and one bandana per dog (while supplies last). Furry walkers are free!

(approximately 0.5 miles)
Perfect for those who enjoy shorter walks.
The Big Dog Loop
(approximately 2 miles)
Perfect for dogs who want (or need) more.
Awards
Fund raising awards will be given to the top five teams (human or human/dog) that have raised over $100 for the walk.

Additional Rules & Details
- All children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- No more than two dogs per walker
- Keep your dog on a short non-retractable leash ( 6’ or shorter).
- Dogs must wear current ID tags.
- Vaccinations should be up to date with a rabies tag.
- You are responsible for your dog’s behavior.
- No aggressive dogs or dogs in heat please.
- Dogs under 6 months of age may be happier at home.
- Please clean up after your furry friend… bags available at registration table.
- Have a great time walking your furever friend!
