Dogs and cats are family too! And they deserve to eat as well. Friend, Inc. Community Services operates one of the few pantries dedicated to our furry family members. The Pet Pantry currently runs in conjunction with our Noble Street Pantry to provide pet food and supplies every month.
Our Impact
Started in 2017, the number of families our Pet Pantry supports has increased each year. In 2023, we have provided pet food and supplies to a monthly average of 208 families, benefitting 351 cats and 202 dogs. In December, those numbers increased to 255 families, including 441 cats, 251 dogs, and one bunny.

It is through the support of community members that Friend, Inc. Pet Pantry is able to respond to the needs of our Friend, Inc. pet families. The generosity of the local community and surrounding areas is paramount to providing pet food and supplies for the animals and families we serve.
